70 x 8.5 inch scarf made by John in January 2021 on a rigid heddle loom using three traceable wool yarns sourced from Manitoba sheep farms and processed by Long Way Homestead, dyed with onion skin, indigo, cochineal and madder root. Used around $35 of yarn and took about 6 hours to make.
Named after Perley, a character from "Stay and Fight," the novel by Madeline Ffitch.
Comes with a Virtute cat toy made of scrap yarn, cotton string, and a tiny bell.
